Work with me

Changing your mind on life

✴︎ Work With Me

You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be seen.

I work with late-diagnosed women, burned-out humans, and neurodivergent leaders who are done performing and quietly ready to come home to themselves.

No urgency. No scripts. Just space to breathe and begin.

✴︎ Deep Coaching

Rooted in positive psychology. Paced by your nervous system.
This is coaching for people who feel too much, think too much, and carry more than they can name.

You won’t be pushed to set goals you don’t believe in.
You won’t be asked “how are you?” if that feels like pressure.
You won’t be expected to mask or explain yourself.

You will be met — gently, honestly — right where you are.

🌀 Best for:

  • Late-diagnosed autistic women

  • Neurodivergent leaders

  • Women navigating burnout, grief, or quiet transformation

🌀 Includes:

  • 1:1 sessions via Zoom

  • Neurodivergent-informed practice

  • Spacious reflection between sessions

  • Optional writing, creative prompts, and soft accountability

✴︎ Hypnotherapy

Gentle change. No performance. No pressure.
My approach to hypnotherapy is quiet, collaborative, and story-safe.

You won’t be told to “relax” on command or visualise what you can’t see.
We’ll co-create a rhythm that feels safe — rooted in your way of processing.

🌀 Support with:

  • Inner safety and self-trust

  • Unmasking and identity integration

  • Grief, anxiety, stuckness, or self-doubt

  • Sleep, rest, and emotional softening

🌀 Techniques:

  • Neurodivergent-informed guided imagery

  • Safe story work

  • Deep listening and co-created scripts

✴︎ Speaking & Consulting

Slow thinking. Deep change. No jargon.
I speak and consult on neurodivergence, leadership, and post-diagnosis integration — always with lived experience, humour, and integrity.

🌀 Topics include:

  • Unmasking and late-diagnosis identity work

  • Neurodivergent leadership and inclusion

  • Coaching practice informed by positive psychology and lived experience

🌀 Available for:

  • Guest talks and panels

  • Gentle interviews

  • Staff development or leadership sessions

  • Collaborations that feel like truth

✴︎ FAQ

Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?
No. If you resonate with my words, that’s enough.

Is this therapy?
No — I’m a coach and hypnotherapist, not a therapist. My work can sit alongside therapy but is not a replacement for clinical mental health support.

What’s the pace?
Gentle. You’ll never be rushed. We’ll set a rhythm that works with your energy, not against it.

I’m not ready to reach out yet. Is that okay?
Yes. You can read, reflect, and return whenever you like. This space will still be here.

✴︎ How to Begin

If something in you softened while reading this — even just a little — that’s enough.

🌀 You’re welcome to:

There’s no pressure to be ready.
Only the invitation to stop pretending you’re fine.

My Approach

I really enjoy working over Zoom (which is free for you to download; we can work out the technical details later), because that means we don’t have to worry about geography or timezones. My Patterjack, Pippa, may occasionally put in an appearance too, because she is a great therapy dog.

I’m a big believer in bringing the issues out into the open, which may lead to some tears, but we will laugh, swear (because, fuck it, life’s too short not to), make plans, act on them, and you will come out of it the best version of you that you’ve ever been. Fierce, authentic, with all the feels, and so much better for it.

MERGE

There are few things I love better than a professional arse kicking. I will help you be more confident than you’ve ever been with a great mixture of learning about your neuropsychology, positive psychology, coaching and hypnotherapy. As well as that, you will have access to me between sessions (within reason; I need to sleep and go and pick up the shopping occasionally). I will also help you out with access to resources I know you currently don’t have (because I’ve written them), and can recommend other courses of action you can take. In short, I can be your big sis, BFF, whatever you need, but the one who’s not shy of telling you what you need to hear. OK? Your agenda and wellbeing are my interests while we work together and OMFG you’re going to be so different.
